Woo, where is summer going?All of a sudden it’s August and we need to get ready for our October 4th opening.
This past weekend we bottled, and bottled and bottled some more.
We have more of everything than we had last year except for the cranberry which is very limited.
This year we are offering a dry apple and a semi sweet version.
This year’s Cayuga White wine is a bit sweeter and more mellow than last year’s vintage.
And finally we are so excited and proud to announce our first vintage of frontenac red wine made from our own organically grown grapes.
It is dry, incredibly full bodied and very very limited, so if you like red wine, come in for a taste when we open. We don’t expect it to last long.
As always we offer free wine tastings weekends starting October 4th, Saturdays and Sundays 12 – 5.
